Inside the Rector's Palace (one month at a time ruler of Dubrovnik) Dubrovnik old town and city walls! Liz and Rob on the boat... our smiles do not indicate how rough the boat was!!!
another pick, we'd moved a little further around! Fort Lovrijenac on the left on the hill. Close to port, the walls were impressive!
They'd take a few cannonballs! Finally, we'd made it to the port, after 45 mins of choppy seas on a water taxi! One of the gateways into the old city.
Entering Dubrovnik through the entrance at the dock! Wow. Church of St.Blasius on the right. Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Note... he is holding a model of Dubrovnik!
Church of St.Blasius Stradun, Dubrovnik's main street. This was a cool clock and tower, very similar to one we saw in Venice, hours in roman numerals and minutes in decimal.
