It’s the small things…

From my heaviest weight back last summer/fall, I’ve lost in total about 12 pounds (or 7kg or 0.8 stone) and lost a jeans size. I am so excited. It’s been such a slow process, but I haven’t really tried; except for running every now and again. Time to step it up and knock it down at least 10 more pounds by the fall. My goal is 5k by the end of the year. (I can run about 2k now.) I’d love to run a 5k, and for a cause (I walked in the Revlon Run/Walk for women a couple of years ago and it was a great experience) but actually run it and not walk.
And it would be so fab to wear my favorite pair of jeans again. :) Actually, it would be fab to just fit into the pair that I bought in NY before I came over (almost there).
