Hmm, I like the interface, and that add media section - makes the admin page posting much better than before! I might even not use a blog client (Scribefire) unless I want a super quick post. Also, I’ll test out the tag feature, although I’m not quite getting the tags too much. I have categories, that’s good enough for me! This is also very AJAX/javascript-y. Nice.
In other news, we’re finally getting our apartment/house ready with new furniture and stuff. We’ve brought the wireless router so we can finally set up the “computer room”. I can then work on some stuff that I’ve been wanting to do, such as set up another website and work some stuff for my deviantArt account. =) It’s a quiet week at work this week, so I’ll get to so some housekeeping on my sites as well as this office (especially my computer lab downstairs!).

Interesting that your take on the new WP admin GUI is a positive one. Maybe I just take a while to get into changes as I really like it too now!
